Another successful free meal! This was our menu, courtesy of a very generous food rescue up in Troy:

• Vegan Italian Sausage Pasta
• Vegan Spanish Rice
• Vegetarian Green Bean Casserole
• Southwest Pasta and Bean Salad
• Vegan Applesauce Cake
• Vegan Plum and Peach Crumble

We ended up giving out all of our food in 30 minutes! Lesson learned: people are HUNGRY for revolution, so we've got to get more food to feed them.
If you or someone you know works at a grocery store and have food that's about to be tossed in the name of "shrink," let us know and we'll gladly take it off your hands for you!
